Within the facility, there are three buildings : the main house, the Madhuvidya House, and the dormitories. There are also green areas and parking for eight vehicles.
Main House
This building has the following spaces:
- Equipped Kitchen
- Outdoor Dining
- Car wash center
- Shared bathrooms and sinks (accessible from outside)
- Living room (reception)
- Carpenter’s Room (1-2 people)
- Fisherman’s Room (1-2 people)
- Flycatcher’s Room (1-2 people)
- Bienteveo Room (1-7 people, accessible from the outside)
*All rooms have an attached bathroom and solar-powered hot water.
Madhuvidya House
This building has the following spaces:
- Meditation and yoga room (ground floor)
- Office and full-time volunteer quarters (upstairs)
Bedrooms
This building has the following spaces:
- Hummingbird Room (1-8 people).
- Sparrow Room (1-8 people).
- Men’s restrooms and showers.
- Women’s restrooms and showers.

Green Areas
The gardens and trails cover 60% of the property and have been designed for multiple purposes , from recreational activities to food production for residents’ own consumption.
The green areas include:
- Bonfire
- Grass Area
- Vegetables
- Fruit Trees
- Flower and herb gardens

This building has the following spaces:
- Hummingbird Room (1-8 people).
