Dada Shivananda
Main instructor of the program
He is a monk who has dedicated his life to social service developing consciousness expansion programs around the world and has also served as a spiritual mentor for more than 40 years.
In the last two decades, Dada has specialized in vegetarian and healing cuisine. He is the author of many recipes on simplysentient.org. He also pioneered to build an Eco village (Master Unit) in Portugal. You can read more about it in www.anandavalley.org.
